We came to the Redlands Business Park because it suits
our business being close to where we live.
The Business Park is new & gives the immediate impression
of being clean, modern & environmentally friendly surrounded
by natural bushland.
Our Business is mostly mobile & our service vans leave our
depot every morning travelling either North, South or West.
Being on the Eastern Coastline eliminates having to head
East thus creating better efficiencies.
The RBP suites our clientele because:
Currently, this is probably not relevant as we do not expect
much call-in sales. However, as the local region expands with
further residential development about to occur, we expect this
clientele to increase.
Further South of the current Redland Bay Village area, a new
residential estate known as “Shoreline” is about to be developed
by one of Australia’s major residential estate developers. (Lendlease).
This development, known as a Master Planned Community, will
establish a benchmark for developments never seen in Redland City.
It is projected that due to its significant size & attention to detail
both in what it will offer the new home owners in infrastructure &
recreational facilities will create an immediate desire & demand
to live in this area.
The Redland Business Park is only 5 kilometres from this new
residential development & we believe that with time many new
business catering to the homewares market will be keen to establish
themselves within RBP.
We see Aussie Water Coolers as being centrally placed to capture
our share of this growth of RBP visitors as the Park expands.
