Fox and Bell are boutique developers based in Redland City. Their projects concentrate on best practice design, often fix problems left by others, and produce an enduring product that adds to the environment and wellbeing of Redlands.

As long term residents of the area they appreciate the qualities for which Redlands is famous and want to preserve and build on the best of Redlands, making it an area where people can not only live and play, but work as well.

Greg Bell

Managing Director
Greg is involved in all aspects of the company from inception to completion. Greg’s vision for the Redlands is embracing the new economy building on our lifestyle attributes, and creating a vibrant and exciting community. A place where we can all Live, Work and Play. A place for our Children and Elderly. Greg started the business in 1984 and incorporated it in 1985.

Greg Fox

Managing Director
Greg Fox has had extensive experience in the construction and development industry.
Having grown up in the Redlands Greg is very committed to producing quality projects that add value to all stakeholders and the community at large. Along with Greg Bell, Greg Fox also started the business in 1984 and incorporated it as a company in 1985.

Garry Hargrave

Managing Director
Garry Hargrave is a principal of the Fox and Bell Group. Joining the group in 2003, Garry came from a professional property consulting background. He is a past President of the Inst. of Surveyors Qld. Garry has had considerable experience in both the private and public sectors throughout Qld and now specialising in management and organisation of property development, identification of development opportunity and risk management. He has traveled extensively studying best practice urban and community design.

Ray Wassenberg

Project Manager
Ray Joined the team in 2006 a Civil Engineer with over 35 years experience. He has worked extensively in civil design, delivery of subdivisions, Lakeside, Shoreline, Redlands Business Park and many other land development projects. His responsibilities include management of consultants, project costs, quality and program. Ray has lived in the Redlands for over 40 years and is keen to see high quality developments delivering great outcomes to the whole community.

Mark MacDonald

Building Site Supervisor
Mark has been working as a building site supervisor for Fox & Bell for approx. 20 years. Mark is known as dependable, reliable, loyal and hardworking. He was involved as a site foreman on the construction of the Victoria Point Lakeside shopping centre and has recently been the site controller of all building construction at The Redlands Business Park. Mark is an asset to have on the Fox & Bell team.

Maree Harvey

Office Manager
Maree Harvey commenced with Fox and Bell as Office Manager in 2001 and has been working with the team providing administration support and has been involved in the group’s commitment to deliver quality projects in a timely manner. Maree shares the group’s long term vision and commitment in caring for the environment and to make Redlands a place for all people to enjoy living. Maree has a solid background of Administration and Office Management and Customer Service totaling 25 years and has lived in the Redlands for about 18 years.

Nicole Plath

Sales & Marketing
Nicole has a background in commercial real estate sales and leasing along with over 25 years of running her own business in marketing and advertising. She has recently joined the team to focus on Sales and Marketing within the Redlands Business Park and to bring forward some great new initiatives to create a community environment to promote businesses within and to handle solutions for new businesses that are looking to move to the Redlands Business Park.
